You can select from one of four different temperatures that are specifically designed to cover all of the varying heats needed to perfectly brew different types of tea and coffee. With a Keep Warm function the Bosch TWK8631GB will re-boil the water so that it’s always at the selected temperature for up to half an hour — useful for times when you get distracted or want to plan ahead. You don’t have to boil a lot of water in one go — in fact, the Bosch TWK8631GB will boil as little as one cup at a time. This is great for the more energy conscious because you’re never wasting money boiling water you don’t need. Of course, using less energy means you’ll also end up with smaller electricity bills.

Although the 1.5 litre capacity isn’t enormous and there are bigger models on the market, it’s not tiny by any stretch of the imagination and should certainly match up to the demands of an average family.

What’s more, you can also select different boiling settings with the rapid boil feature allowing you to boil the Bosch TWK8631GB quickly, but if it’s late at night and you won’t something quieter then you can use the quiet boil function.
